With a production capacity of 10 Tons per day, we utilize a mix of High and Low-temperature technology to process everything from 100% Cotton to Polyester and complex blends.
Advanced Dyeing Vessels We deploy a strategic mix of high-performance jet dyeing machines to cater to different fabric compositions and weight requirements.
For Cotton & Viscose (Low Temperature): Our Fongs Low-Temperature Jets are optimized for delicate cellulosic fibers, ensuring soft hand-feel and vibrant reactive dyeing while conserving energy.
For Synthetics & Blends (High Temperature): Equipped with Beneks, Thies, and Fongs High-Temperature Jets, we achieve deep, even dyeing for Polyesters and Poly-Cotton blends without creasing or fabric damage.
Premium Finishing & Texture Our finishing line transforms dyed fabric into a retail-ready product. Whether you need open-width stability or tubular comfort, we have the specialized machinery to deliver the perfect touch.
Drying & Preparation
- Hydro Extraction: High-speed Centrifugal Hydro Extractors (Chakki) for efficient moisture removal.
- Relaxed Drying: We utilize Pole Dryers and Conveyor Dryers to dry fabric in a tension-less state, preserving the natural loop structure and reducing shrinkage.
Surface & Hand-Feel
- Raising/Brushing: Specialized Raising machines to create the soft, plush interior for Fleece and Terry hoodies.
- Heat Setting: Ensures dimensional stability and width control for synthetic blends.
Compacting (Shrinkage Control)
Tubular: Processed on Tube-Tex and Soft-Set machines for traditional tubular knits with controlled shrinkage.
Open Width: Processed on our Ferraro compactor for a premium, flat finish.
